    Yes, we do! We offer free shipping on any order with a subtotal over $80.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    At the moment we ship within Canada only.

    Our products are shipped from Canada.
  • How can I exchange a product or request a refund?
    We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with our products and we make it as easy as possible to exchange or refund any item. All products are eligible for exchange and refunds within 15 days of delivery as long as they meet our exchange/refund policy. Click the button below to request a return or exchange.
  • Do you exchange or refund any product?
    To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be in new condition with tags still on the item and packaging intact. Products must be clean and free of dog/cat hair.

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Credit cards. Payments can also be made with Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay, as well as PayPal.

    You will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
