We will happily accept returns or exchanges for any product within 15 days from the date of order delivery as long as the following criteria are met:

• Item(s) must be brand new, unwashed, damage-free, and hair-free.

• Include a note with your order number.

• Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us in Canada and will incur the shipping costs.
